Andrew Homes is the Group Chief Operating Officer of The Workdry Group. He provides Group-wide leadership across operations, health and safety, procurement, property, transport, product integration and asset-related activities. Andrew’s role is centred on strengthening the operational foundations that enable the Group’s businesses to serve customers safely, reliably and efficiently.

Andrew leads programmes that improve operational performance, resilience and consistency across the Group. His responsibilities include oversight of health and safety performance, ESG strategy, property and depot development, fleet and product integration priorities, procurement savings and the Group risk framework. By bringing together operational expertise and clear governance, he helps ensure that investment decisions support service quality, sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
