Dave Exall | The Workdry Group

Dave Exall is the Group Chief Information and Digital Transformation Officer of The Workdry Group. He leads the Group’s technology, digital transformation, data technology, business process, programme delivery and marketing capabilities. Dave is responsible for ensuring that the technology and data platforms supporting the Group’s data vision are secure, scalable and effective, while enabling growth, stronger customer experiences and better collaboration.

Dave leads the Transformation Management Office and the delivery of major Value Creation Plan initiatives, including Salesforce, business intelligence, telemetry, process improvement and the One Integrated Workdry brand. He also oversees cyber security, infrastructure, applications and the technology required to capture, manage and use data effectively. His focus is on turning strategic priorities into practical, measurable change while helping teams use digital tools and insight to improve business performance.
