He leads the Group’s finance and legal functions, with responsibility for financial strategy, performance, governance, investment planning and legal oversight. Mike helps ensure that growth is supported by rigorous financial management, clear reporting, sound governance and disciplined allocation of capital.

Mike plays a central role in translating the Group’s strategic ambitions into measurable business outcomes. He leads the Group’s data vision and how data is used across the company to strengthen insight, decision-making and performance. His wider remit supports annual budgeting and forecasting, business performance reviews, acquisition activity and investment in the fleet, infrastructure, technology and capabilities needed for future growth.
