The acquisition expands Holland Pump's presence in one of the nation's fastest-growing construction and infrastructure markets while strengthening its service capabilities across the Eastern United States. With operations now extending into North Carolina, the company further enhances its regional network, improving equipment availability, operational efficiency, and support for customers managing projects of all sizes.
Founded in 2009 by Robert ("Robbie") D. Belk, PSS has established a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive groundwater management and excavation support services for construction, infrastructure, municipal, and development projects throughout the Carolinas and Southeast.
PSS provides strong coverage across the Carolinas and the broader Southeast, a region experiencing significant infrastructure and construction growth. The acquisition enhances Holland Pump's ability to deliver integrated water management solutions across this expanding market while leveraging its extensive branch network, equipment fleet, and technical expertise to better support customers throughout the region.
