The Workdry Group’s US operation, Holland Pump has announced the acquisition of Pumping and Shoring Solutions (PSS), a leading provider of pump rental, dewatering systems, groundwater control, and temporary water management solutions.
The move strengthens Holland Pump’s presence in one of North America’s fastest-growing infrastructure regions and further expands its ability to serve customers across the US.
Founded in 2009 and with their headquarters in North Carolina, PSS specialises in dewatering, temporary pumping, and engineered rental solutions. It has established a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive groundwater management and excavation support services for municipal, infrastructure, construction, and development projects.
Holland Pump now has 16 branches, spanning Texas, Louisiana, Florida, South Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and now North Carolina. This strong regional network improves equipment availability, operational efficiency and customer responsiveness, while giving customers greater access to the company’s extensive fleet resources and technical expertise for both local and multi-site water management projects.
