The Workdry Group expands European presence with acquisition of DMTP in France

The Workdry Group

We're delighted to announce the successful acquisition of DMTP in France. This latest acquisition strengthens our global footprint, which includes Selwood and Siltbuster in the UK, Holland Pump in the United States, and Vanderkamp and Workdry Germany in mainland Europe.

Bringing DMTP into The Workdry Group portfolio will provide a strong platform to support customers across France and neighbouring European markets. This strategic move aligns DMTP’s local market expertise and customer relationships with our market-leading capabilities in mobile and modular engineered rental solutions for water and wastewater handling and treatment – providing a stronger offering to key customers.

Dan Lee, Group CEO of The Workdry Group, said:

France is an important market for The Workdry Group, and we’re proud to be expanding our reach in Europe as part of our growth strategy, which reflects our confidence in the future of both the UK and European markets.

DMTP has been a trusted partner and exclusive provider of Selwood pumps for many years, making this a natural next step in our relationship. The business has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, customer service, and operational excellence, and shares our commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for customers. Together, we’ll continue to grow and deliver for our customers.

Founded in 2006, DMTP has a strong reputation serving customers across France's public sector, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Operating from four locations across the country (Paris, Angers, Lyon, and Marseille), the business provides pumping and dewatering solutions, specialist equipment rental, technical support, and after-sales services.

DMTP will continue to operate with the same customer-focused approach and technical excellence that have underpinned its success to date, while benefiting from the scale, resources, and expertise of The Workdry Group.

Nicolas Protais, European Managing Director, commented:

DMTP has a strong team, solid growth, and a trusted position in the French market. This is a natural step for us to grow in Europe together – aligning our knowledge and expertise to better support customers across Europe.

France represents one of Europe's largest infrastructure and environmental services markets, with significant long-term investment planned across water, transport, energy, and industrial sectors. The Workdry Group’s acquisition of DMTP drives the delivery of our ambitious growth strategy, supported by Arcus Infrastructure Partners.

Jordan Cott, Partner at Arcus Infrastructure Partners, said:

DMTP is a highly complementary business with a strong reputation, established customer relationships, and specialist technical expertise. The acquisition strengthens Workdry's position in a key European market and supports the continued execution of the Group's long-term growth strategy. We are delighted to support the next phase of Workdry's growth across Europe.
