Integrated DAFs & Lamellas

Siltbuster’s integrated range has been engineered by our in‑house R&D team working closely with Field Engineers to meet evolving market and client requirements.

By combining Process Units with Chemical Conditioning Tanks in a single, compact system, these all‑in‑one units reduce footprint, lower costs compared to modular setups, and significantly cut installation time on sites where space is limited. Their flexibility and efficiency have made them established, high‑value assets across multiple sectors and applications.

These integrated systems are also ideal for Pilot Trials, enabling testing with real wastewater to verify performance, chemical dose rates, and sludge production before full‑scale deployment. This data is essential for optimising final designs, ensuring the main plant is not only engineered on paper but validated in practice for maximum reliability, efficiency, and confidence.

Standard Lamella Clarifiers merged with Chemical Conditioning Tank

iHB

Available in sizes: iHB10, iHB20R and iHB40R

  • i means Integrated Chemical Reaction Tank
  • HB means Hopper Bottom Settlement Tank
  • The numbers refer to the m2 settlement area and maximum m³ operation range (depending on applications)
  • R means the equipment has a rake to gently move settled sludge, minimising potential for “ratholing” and also slightly thickening the sludge
Standard Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) merged with Chemical Conditioning Tank

iD

Available in sizes: iD5, iD10 and iD25

  • i means Integrated Chemical Reaction Tank
  • D means Dissolved Air Flotation
  • The numbers refer to the m² settlement area and maximum m³ operation range (depending on applications)

These systems are ideal for treating smaller flow and loads applications and/or where space is often at a premium.
