ESG governance

Every member of The Workdry Group team is responsible for ensuring we operate in a sustainable and socially responsible way.

Oversight begins with our CEO and extends throughout the entire company. Our Executive Leadership Team has ESG-related KPIs embedded within their contracts, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and sustainable outcomes.

In 2024, we took significant steps to strengthen our governance framework and embed ESG principles into the fabric of our operations. We established a dedicated ESG Committee, bringing cross-functional oversight and senior leadership focus to our ESG strategy.
